This 12-Week program is designed to target fat loss goals, as well as strength and cardio. Since we introduced the Vie Fat Loss program three years ago, we’ve had over 200 clients participate in the program with much success and we’re committed to seeking innovative ways to make it even better. We genuinely love this program and are excited for you to experience it.

 

Our coaches track all of your workouts, progress, homework, notes, etc.  Your Fat Loss team stays in touch via documents located on iPads on the training floor to help you reach your maximum potential.

Sign up and receive the following:

  • 24 private 1-on-1 sessions with one of our nationally certified personal trainers
    • (2x/week for 12 weeks)
  • 12 private nutrition sessions with one of Vie’s Food Coach
    • (1x/ week for 12 weeks)
  • 3 months of unlimited classes at both locations

Those 12 weeks flew by, a little surprised it’s done.  Here are my thoughts:

 

Training: hard but extremely helpful. it really makes a difference to have someone watch over you the whole time — correcting your form, increasing weights as needed. I like that there are four phases — long enough to get you familiar with the workout, but not so long that you get bored. I could feel myself getting stronger each week, which in itself is extremely satisfying.

 

Nutrition: I went into this thinking I probably wouldn’t need that much help in this area, I eat decently, etc etc. Boy was I wrong! Lara was critical to the success of the whole thing. The key things for me were: daily logs, protein over carbs, portions, smart snacking choices. She sent me recipes, workarounds, name brands of foods to try. I also really appreciate how Lara and Elin talk about it as a lifestyle change, not a diet. That’s essential if anyone new to this way of eating and exercising is going to sustain it.

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the fat loss program. It was exactly what I needed to get myself back in shape and learn how to be healthy again. I have learned so much from both Steve and Kate and can not praise them enough. Kate was so supportive and gave such great advice on how to make healthy food choices. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and helped me stick to eating right (which has now become a habit!). As for Steve, he is a fabulous personal trainer who has pushed me to be stronger, more flexible and have greater endurance! I love how he emphasizes good form throughout exercising and how knowledgeable he is about the physiology of the human body. Both of them are amazing and really speak to the quality of your gym.

 

Also, I want you to know that before I started my “healthy lifestyle change” (which is what I like to call it) I was very intimidated to go to a gym. What I love about Vie is how welcoming and inclusive it is. I really enjoy working out at your facility and that has a lot to do with the environment and staff employed there. I cannot speak highly enough about Vie. YOU ALL ARE AMAZING!!

FAQ

If I go on vacation during the 12 weeks, is that ok? Will I still get 36 sessions?

Yes!  Although we encourage 12 week completion time and commitment for increased success, vacation/sick time is ok and we will shift your program back so you receive all 36 private sessions

Can I work with multiple trainers or should I work with the same 2x/wk?

Many people enjoy the consistency of 1 trainer, however, there are some who find benefits of working with two different trainers/styles and choose that route.  Our trainers all track your workouts during the 12 weeks and know what the other has done the workout before.

Am I fit enough or physically ready to start this program?

Absolutely!  The 12 weeks are designed to assess each individual’s starting point and build from there.  You will not be pushed past what is safe or healthy for you.  

How do the workouts target fat loss in particular?

The workout program is designed by us (nationally certified personal trainers with over 13 years of experience in helping clients reach fat loss goals).   There are 4 phases, 3 weeks long, each phase designed to target certain muscles in specific ways.  For example, in the first phase you will work on muscle endurance, cardio endurance (with a little bit of strength), balance, core strengthening and proper form/movement patterns.   In the second phase, the workouts change and you have 3 weeks to learn new movements, work muscles in new ways and keep your body guessing… and CHANGING!  This program design in phases is particularly beneficial for those trying to accomplish fat loss.

Aside from fat loss, how will I benefit from this program?
