Barre Intensity is an intense, efficient full body workout which masterfully
incorporates the barre work of Lotte Berk, the power of low weight/high
repetition and isometric resistance training, and the core principals of
pilates.
Set to energizing music, this 55 minute class moves at a quick pace with lots
of cueing on proper positioning and form (the precision of the work is what
makes this method so effective.) Built to challenge muscle groups section
by section, the intensity of the work is off-set by stretching segments in
between. The result is a well balanced program for building overall body
strength.
