SPINNING

Vie is always looking for ways to provide the most scientific, cutting edge systems for our clients, and for Spinning that is the Blade ION. These bikes offer additional information to help you reach your goals more quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

BARRE INTENSITY

Downtown Location
We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.

SPIN & SCULPT

Downtown Location
This class provides the best of both worlds:  Spinning and Barre Intensity. After working your legs hard in Spinning, you  will make your to our Barre studio to complete your workout with upper body and abdominal toning.

CS 20/20

Downtown Location
CS 20/20 is our newest exciting studio class at Vie! It stands for Cardio Strength 20/20. In the first half of class, you will focus on CARDIO, functional strength and cardio core training (20 minutes of sustained aerobic work).

4X7 BURN

Downtown Location
4×7 Burn is a circuit training class with 4 minute circuits, through 7 different stations that change week to week. Stations typically consist of exercises involving TRX, FreeMotion cable machine, Bosu, Spinning Bike, Kettlebells, and more!

KETTLEBELL SPIN FUSION

Inspired and formulated by the dynamic and passionate, Heather Dupuis, this class is energetic and incorporates movement training with Kettlebells.  KBSF is a well-balanced workout and will challenge and change your body!

TOWER SPIN FUSION

YOGA

TOWER PILATES

Tower Pilates is a way for you to engage in the individual Pilates experience in a group setting. Equipped with your own Tower, the class works the abs, arms and legs, with the help of resistance springs and bars.
