Lara graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Nutrition. She completed her Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. She has had over 10 years of experience working in an inpatient and outpatient hospital setting, counseling both adult and pediatric patients on a variety of nutrition needs including weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and maternal and infant nutrition.
