Lara Kross


Lara graduated from The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Nutrition. She completed her Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. She has had over 10 years of experience working in an inpatient and outpatient hospital setting, counseling both adult and pediatric patients on a variety of nutrition needs including weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and maternal and infant nutrition. In addition, she has been consulting for Vie since 2008, helping clients to achieve their personal nutrition goals. She enjoys working with clients to create healthy and realistic lifestyle changes using a non-diet approach to eating. Lara is an active member of the American Dietetic Association and the Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Jamie Falahee

Jamie received her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Western Michigan University and practiced speech therapy for 7 years before deciding to pursue her passion for health and wellness full time.  She obtained her ACSM personal trainer certification followed by her yoga certification through SchoolYoga Institute, and then her ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification. She currently spends most of her time taking care of her two young children, Callie and Ozzie. In her “free” time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, exploring, reading and learning whatever she can!

Hanna Przeslawski

Hannah is a Registered Dietitian and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a BS in Dietetics/Nutrition and a BA in Spanish Language. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan. Hannah is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Nutrition and yoga have become a lifestyle that have helped her reach her fitness goals. Her goal is to make both nutrition and yoga approachable and fun for everyone regardless of age or ability. Hannah specializes in  health education/counseling and helping people eat a healthy balanced diet tailored to their lifestyle. She is thrilled to be able to share her knowledge and connect with the Vie community.

Martha Siegmund

Martha graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master's degree in Public Health and Nutritional Sciences. She is currently pursuing licensure as a Registered Dietitian through the dietetic internship at the UM School of Public Health. Martha is interested in the intersection of nutrition and fitness and how they play into overall wellness. She believes fresh, whole foods are the key to a balanced lifestyle. In addition to a passion for food and nutrition, Martha loves a good physical challenge. She competed in track and field and cross-country in college and led a 4,000 mile cross country bike ride from Baltimore to Seattle.

My main goal is for my clients to feel good. I want to give you the tools to make healthy choices and live your best life. I have an individualized, client-centered philosophy that focuses on whole, fresh foods and not restrictive crash diets. I want to help you make sustainable and realistic lifestyle changes that will improve your quality of life, give you a sense of balance, and help you reach your own goals. I also believe that food does not exist in a vacuum. We must address stress, sleep, and other lifestyle factors to improve overall wellness. I am excited to work with you to help you achieve your goals!
