Martha's note to you:
My main goal is for my clients to feel good. I want to give you the tools to make healthy choices and live your best life. I have an individualized, client-centered philosophy that focuses on whole, fresh foods and not restrictive crash diets. I want to help you make sustainable and realistic lifestyle changes that will improve your quality of life, give you a sense of balance, and help you reach your own goals. I also believe that food does not exist in a vacuum. We must address stress, sleep, and other lifestyle factors to improve overall wellness.
