Lara's note to you:
“I look forward to working with you to help achieve your health and fitness goals. I enjoy helping people create healthy, well- balanced meal plans tailored to their specific needs, that also allow them to enjoy the foods they love. I want my clients to be able to make realistic lifestyle changes that include a non-diet approach to eating.”

Jamie's note to you:
"Hi! I’m super excited to help you make small (or large) healthy choices that will drastically change your well-being, energy level, and body composition. I will be your health cheerleader through this important life change because I know you can do it, and the results you see will be so worth the effort. Nutrition is so confusing with all the different diets and constantly evolving beliefs and findings. Let me help you sift through all the information and come up with a perfect plan for you based on your genes, goals, and lifestyle."
