You will start in our Spinning room on our smooth Blade IONs that give you feedback on your power (watts) and cadence (rpms). Your instructor will coach you through a 25 min ride of the day. After working your legs hard in Spinning and now all warmed up, you will make your way up to our Barre studio and complete your 50 min workout with upper body and abdominal toning. Light weights, high repetitions and smooth transitions set to music are an efficient way to tone and sculpt your body. This class is a perfect blend of cardio and strength!
