To the outside, one might think Vie is a boutique-y, pretentious place for snooty people. In actuality, it is a most welcoming place with seriously intense workouts with the most dedicated, approachable, and knowledgeable instructors and with the friendliest staff. Vie is great. I really like the variety of classes - there are a lot of choices, and many of them combine cardio and strength training, so you get both done in one workout. I was missing out on doing strength training so it's been an easy way to get both into my routine. And the instructors are great, I have a few favorites and I tend to go to their classes more often. I find that I really push myself during the workouts, and I actually look forward to going to classes (most of the time!)

I love the variety of classes and how many class times they have. BARRE INTENSITY

Downtown Location
We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count.

SPIN & SCULPT

Downtown Location
This class provides the best of both worlds: Spinning and Barre Intensity. After working your legs hard in Spinning, you will make your to our Barre studio to complete your workout with upper body and abdominal toning.

YOGA

Yoga is a perfect blend of strength training, flexibility improvement and promotion of the mind/body connection. At Vie our yoga sessions incorporate Hatha Yoga and Vinyassa Yoga.

CS 20/20

Downtown Location
CS 20/20 is our newest exciting studio class at Vie! It stands for Cardio Strength 20/20. In the first half of class, you will focus on CARDIO, functional strength and cardio core training (20 minutes of sustained aerobic work).

4X7 BURN

Downtown Location
4×7 Burn is a circuit training class with 4 minute circuits, through 7 different stations that change week to week. Stations typically consist of exercises involving TRX, FreeMotion cable machine, Bosu, Spinning Bike, Kettlebells, and more!

KETTLEBELL SPIN FUSION

Downtown Location
Inspired and formulated by the dynamic and passionate, Heather Dupuis, this class is energetic and incorporates movement training with Kettlebells. KBSF is a well-balanced workout and will challenge and change your body!

TOWER PILATES

Arbor Hills Location
Tower Pilates is a way for you to engage in the individual Pilates experience in a group setting. Equipped with your own Tower, the class works the abs, arms and legs, with the help of resistance springs and bars.
