The Annual Grizzly Vie 5K
Each year in October, Vie Fitness & Spa and Grizzly Peak join forces as downtown neighbors in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We collaborate under the "Go Blue Wear Pink" umbrella, a fundraising club based at the University of Michigan. All proceeds are donated to the University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center. It's a fun, family-friendly event. We hope you join us!
Group Training Runs
Vie sponsors complimentary group training runs open to all leading up to the 5K. The training runs are led by professional runner Shannon Osika and will be held at Gallup Park at 9:00 AM on the following dates:
- Saturday, September 28th
- Saturday, October 5th
- Saturday, October 12th
- Saturday, October 19th
No need to register or rsvp for the training runs. Just show up and join us! All are welcome.
