Vie classes offer a variety of options to help you find your favorite fitness blend. Whether you’re looking for high intensity cardio, or muscle endurance/toning, balance and zen or cardio and strength - we have classes for you! We also offer over 100 classes per week at convenient and frequent times. Our classes have a maximum capacity of 15 (with as few as 8 clients in our classes Downtown and 3-6 for our Pilates classes at Arbor Hills). This is why our instructors can help tailor the workout to everyone in class, giving one on one attention and making everyone feel they can get their best workout in. Our class philosophy is to create a workout that can work for any fitness level by offering modifications, with great music and energy, and knowledgeable, friendly instructors.
